"Easy exchange, no hassle"
I accidentally bought the wrong printer cartridge and was a little worried they’d try to give me the runaround or make me feel like I’d been fooled by some fine print. But the staff just checked my receipt, swapped it out quickly, and didn’t ask a bunch of weird questions. It was way easier than I expected, and I left feeling good about it. I’d definitely shop there again...

"Makes getting organized feel easier"
I like shopping at Office Depot because it feels like one of those places where I can get my work life back in order. They usually have everything I need in one spot, from pens and paper to printer ink and even desks. There are plenty of choices, so I don’t feel like I’m running all over town trying to piece things together. It just makes the whole process easier and a little more manageable

"Showed up way earlier than I expected"
I ordered some printer paper and a few pens, and, it got here way faster than I thought it would. The tracking was easy to follow, too, which was nice, and the box showed up in good shape. So yeah, nothing complicated or annoying, really — just got what I needed quickly. I’m happy with it.

"Easy fix after a small mix-up"
I had a bit of a mix-up with my printer ink order and, i thought it was going to turn into a whole hassle. But... customer service sorted it out really quickly and sent the right item over. In the end, it was easy, so yeah... 5 stars from me.

"Super easy and fast"
Ordered some custom flyers late in the afternoon and figured they’d take at least a couple days. Got the pickup email the next morning, and everything looked great. Colors were solid, cuts were clean, and the staff had the order ready when I walked in. Made the whole thing way less stressful.

Public warning, but in a good way: officedepot made it almost too easy to get what I needed. I found printer paper and ink quickly, and the search didn’t make me dig through a bunch of random pages. Checkout was straightforward too, with no weird steps or confusing screens. Everything loaded fine on my laptop, and the whole thing was painless. I’d use it again.

I had an issue with my order and reached out to get it fixed. i can't remember if they sorted it out later that same day or first thing the next morning, but either way it felt really quick. The whole thing was handled smoothly and I was happy with how fast they got it corrected

I ordered printer paper online and picked it up curbside later that same afternoon. I checked in from my car and someone brought it out in about 3 minutes. Everything went smoothly and it was way easier than wandering around the store

"Quick Fix, No Drama"
My order was showing the wrong delivery date, so I reached out to customer service expecting the usual back-and-forth. But they actually replied quickly and sorted it out without turning it into a whole thing. i was ready to be annoyed, BOOM, problem solved. Really appreciated not having to chase anyone down. Overall, a good experience.

My first impression was good because the prices were lower than I expected right off the bat. I was ordering a few office supplies for work and checked a couple of other sites before buying, and Office Depot ended up saving me a little money. Everything showed up in good shape, and the quality was solid for what I paid. Nothing super fancy, but it was easy, practical, and a good value. I’d definitely order from them again.

I order from Office Depot every so often for work supplies and printer ink at home, and the coupons have been dependable. Most of the codes I tried actually worked at checkout, and the sale prices matched what I saw earlier, so there wasn’t that annoying preventable situation where a discount suddenly disappears at the last second. Shipping was fine too, but the main thing for me is that the deals felt real. I saved a decent amount on paper and toner, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Nice quality paper for the price"
I was actually happy with this paper. It has a nice feel to it, not too thin or flimsy, and it runs through my printer without any issues. Compared to some other brands I’ve used, it feels a bit smoother and more reliable, especially for everyday printing. Nothing fancy, but definitely good paper.

"Good rewards if you remember to use them"
I usually go to Office Depot for printer ink and just random office supplies I end up needing. Their rewards program is actually handy, well, not life-changing or anything, but useful if you remember to check it. I’ve gotten a few dollars back here and there, which helps since office stuff can get expensive fast. The only reason I’d stick with 4 stars is that the rewards can be a little confusing to keep track of sometimes. Still, I’d say it’s worth signing up

"Refund was easy"
